Hey guys I just finished our FIRST Initial Productions Stunt Video. It is a video of me (aaron) and on of my good friends and crew member Romon Lopez. We have been doing these flips for 1 year now. We had practiced almost everyday, and taught eachother new flips and tricks. We now can do Backflips, round off back flips with (X-outs,flash kick, layouts ECT.)Bios,540 kicks,B-Twist, Gainer (backflip going forward), Wainer(backflip going sideways),Arial, and maney other kicks, and sequences. Well enough chit chat here it is! wink

Where do you get breakaway glass? Is it expensive?

Again, I can't stress how dangerous some of this stuff is. Including these flipping/falling stunts.

Don't try and recreate any of this, I'm sure ssjaaron has had quite a bit of practise and training. Pretty good ssjaaron, but not really leading onto or apart of anything.

I think I've told you that as a criticism before. Are you going to combine the movement of these actions into a select piece of action/gun fight? Otherwise all it is really is you and your mates flipping around in your back yard.

And I'm sure your capable of more now. wink

The music wasn't so Appealing, Infact, i Had to mute my speakers in order to enjoy the actual video.

Yeah good rule of thumb is not to not randumly use cheesy alternative, heavy metal, hip hop or rap in movies as many people don't like them. It also makes it look loke some corny teenager-in-his-garage type thing, or like you didn't know what music to use.

Cool flips, I've only landed a front flip twice.... on a trampoline.

I tried to do a flip once.

Was in France.

Broke my toe.

I've now got a little toe that doesn't really have any use and I can't move it. I blame the french for that one.

Well what is cheesy to one person is not to another person. Everbody likes different things, so you can't really judge somebody on personal taste, eh? Jaron that was really pretty sweet. Good luck for the future of these stunts, they look really good.

Though Pooky's point is that if you take your soundtrack away from what is generally universal (like many film themes) or mainstream you'll end up secluding a large part of your audience.

I use Final Cut Pro to edit everything, and I use Adobe After effects, Chromanator,alamdv2 for effects. wink
but all the stunts are real of course, we just practice almost everyday, if i dont practice everyday its like not seeing your toes when you have become to fat. wink

Pretty slick stuff man. I actually like the music. I love hearing tracks like that to vids like that and those of Xtreme sporting activities. I'm not gonna lie either. Me, AJ, Alex http://cobraproductions.filmspace.biz/arsynbg.jpg and steve http://cobraproductions.filmspace.biz/khalifbg.jpg have gone out and tried this stuff after viewing your clips hah. No one was injured tho ha, we know our limits. Alex is the only one who could do them tho.. hes been a gymnist for many years now. Anyways, I would love to learn how to do stuff like this, or even have you all around to put up in X3i ha. Keep up the good stuff man, lookin forward to seeing these incorporated into movies.

CX3 - those are fantastic character pictures! have you done them for all characters? Oh, and when is that website going to be finished?

ssjaaron - some pretty impressvie stuff. The next obvious step is to incorporate that into some badass fight scenes!

Me and my friends are the kind of guys who are stupid enough to try some of that after watching your video. We just happened to video tape these attempts, which did not work out well.

That was REALLY cool. Was it just me, or did I see the Spherize filter on some of the stunts? And I loved the cat running through the bush. I tried to do some of these myself, and I also happened to video tape them. I'll try posting them on the weekend or perhaps even tomorrow.

Awesome stunts there! I liked the music, too.

thanks guys. If you want a good suggestion Learn the Standing Back flip first! Get some pads, have 2 friends spot you and jump and TUCK (so you spin) and then you will do it.Remember Please do not kill yourself guys. And post your stunt videos! I love watching other peoples.
Oh and we have been doing this for like A year and a half now, so we do know what we are doing. lol
