mixing CG and live action

Are there any tututorials for mixing CG images and live action?
I've rendered my CG images splitting the fields, even first and then odd first. But I always see jitters and get horizontal banding. So, what is the best way to incorporate progressive and interlaced footage? HELP,HELP,HELP!

Desinterlace all then after finishing he product interlace back.

You can't re-interlace shadu.
