what do you guys think of the new improved slim Peter Jackson? King Kong is gonna be a huge success. I think he worked so hard on it, that he lost all his weight.

That's more how it went down.

And he lost his weight right before he started production of King Kong, so I'm pretty sure he did it on his own good will, not from working his ass off (which he did.)

he always looked sweaty and unkept, but that gave him a very unique persona that made him stick out from the other directors, not mentioning his superior directing abilities.

Actually, $200 mil was the cost to make King Kong. So unless he got paid the WHOLE budget, and ALL the actors, producers, VFX peeps, WETA model builders, and everyone worked for free and the locations were free and all the computers and crap they bought or whatever was ALL free, Peter Jackson couldn't have been paid $200 mil.

Hey starfan, try your best not to post mor than once consecutively in the same thread. Triple-posting like you did two posts ago is BAD. And spamming by encouraging sig clicking isn't any better. Just try to follow forum ettiquette.

I read in an article some where that his "wife" and him were not married. they just had a couple of kids and had been seeing each other for years. I don't know if this is still the case, or maybe I'm mixing him up with some one else.

I actually posted that in the wrong thread, sorry, I was trying to refer to your 4 consecutive posts in another thread, starfan. And linking to things is fine ettiquette, in my opinion, but double posting can significantly cause less readability in the forums and can just generally add extra bulk where none is needed. Using punctuation and capitalization every now and then is also recommended.
