I'm quite sure I'll upgrade to VisionLab, but I just wanted to ask a few things first.

First: a quote from the web chat about VisionLab:

and everything we're doing
This made me wonder, are there any plans for VisionLab 2 or something? Or if I buy VisionLab, will I have access to your latest filters and great stuff forever (seems unlikely)?

Second, it's a message on the upgrade page that says:
Important: The following products will be upgraded. Once they are upgraded you will no longer be able to use the old version.

Chromanator
EffectsLab Windows)
I guess this doesn't really matter, but I won't be able to download EffectsLab DV and Chromanator if I upgrade to VisionLab, right? Or more something like: will the web site completely forget that I own the apps?

Just small things, but I would like to get everything cleared out. smile

(I'm mostly talking to the FXHome staff, since I doubt anyone else will have the answers, but of course everyone is welcome to post.)

I think Chromanator will be supported in terms of help etc for a short amount of time? Picking up on a chat I overread a few days back. As for the other problem, it won't matter if you've owned EL or Chromanator, if you have VisionLab, you've got them both... more powerful... and in one software package?

Yeah, I guess your right - just a little hard to send away good old EffectsLab. razz Another question about this: will I be able to download the AlamDV-plugins?

And, how about VisionLab in the future? Will I have to pay £209.99 for an upgrade in about a year again..?
