When you receive money from the box office, is it how many times you got redirected from FXHome's temporary URL, or the actual URL? I just want my box office for my next film to be accurate, so I want to make sure I post a URL that will update in my box office stats.

A new feature that would be cool is to add the users total box office earnings and show how much they have earned in their profile.

I believe the box office is only effected by the number of times you click "play" on the fxhome web page. A lot of my friends used to watch some movies i has online, and it didn't effect my total views at all.

Well, if you notice, when you copy a link, even though it isn't hosted, it looks like this: http://fxhome.com/cinema/movies/2493/akimbo.mov Click it, and it will redirect. Is that the URL that affects it? If so, can we post that on our website and on other forums, in our sigs, etc?

Serpent, just test it out yourself. see how many view you have before, then click the link you just said, and see if it goes up.

Yes, clicking that link will count as a download. But it only works if linked on FXhome.com. If you use that link on another site it will redirect to the movie info page instead and won't count as a download.

We'd prefer you link to the movie info page instead anyway. That way viewers can check out everyone elses movies as well.
