As the festive season comes to an end so do the special release discounts on our newest software.
If you are yet to upgrade make sure you get yourself over to the FXhome Store
before midnight (GMT) on the 31st of December to get the maximum discount possible.
In the new year all the upgrades go up by between £10-20 but are still great value should you not be ready to upgrade just yet.
Thanks to all of you who have upgraded already - we hope you are already enjoying the increased power and functionality of the new range and we look forward to bringing you tutorials and presets in 2006 so you can get the most out of your new purchase.
Look out next week for another update including better gradient rendering from the Neon engine and the final fixes to the Mac preset engine - this will allow us to open up another 50+ presets which are currently pending!
We hope all FXhomers had a very merry Christmas and have a great new year!

Just a quick question so that I am completely clear. The special pricing that will end tomorrow is just on the upgrades, right? Will the price of the full versions go up as well?
Thank you very much

Yes, it is just the special discounted upgrades that are ending. The full version prices will remain the same.

Well, I was unable to upgrade ELab and/or purchase CLab this Christmas. My birthday is in Febuary though. I'll try to wait that long but I will get both pro packages......eventually. But yeah, great work. The only bad thing is now the software costs more...

Can someone on the Fxhome staff please help me? I've tried purchasing my upgrade to EffectsLab Pro, but it keep saying I don't have enough products. I already own EffectsLab DV, so what gives? I've e-mailed support twice in the past two days but have recieved no responce. The deal ends tonight, so am I not going to get my upgrade?

You need to register your magic code for ELDV in your profile before you upgrade.

I already did. I think it may be a problem with my e-mail adress. Too late now I guess.

My original adress was an AOL one. I'm on hotmail now. That might be the problem.

My code(s) are SOOOO valid and/or registered, and I got the same problem.
I did pay for the upgrade on the 31st before the deadline ended, and according to my Paypal account overiew, Josh Davies has my greenbacks, and the deal was signed, and sealed--but upgrade was not delivered, and I never got a reply from FXHome in my e-mail.
I hope the whole "not enough products" message is a glitch.
Anywayz, hears to better things in 2K6 to everyone who is an FXLab user!!

You should receive an email from us within 24 hours of your purchase. If you never got this email you need to tell us because it means we have no way to contact you. Email email@example.com
and give your name and email address you used, please supply an alternative address we can try as well.

Thanks, Malone. I just want this thing resolved right so I can start working on some kick-ass saber fights--PRO style!!
Right now, I'm watching the "new" episodes of Stargate, Atlantis, and Battlestar (us folks in the U.S. are late, I know) - the sci-fi empty void I had in my life is once again filled!!

Looks like the AOL thing was the problem. I've updated to PRO. Whoo-hoo!!
