It is a symbol of how much force you have. the more force you have, the bigger your lightsaber. once it gets big enough, it changes color, and gets small again. then it grows etcs the more force you have.

But i think if you had used the search button you would have found the answer wink

PS if you want to know how to get more force, I suggest searching that too. but to put it simply, post the most helpful posts you can, and hope.

It doesn't actually get smaller again anymore. It just keeps extending across the screen till it fills all the space. I think only schwar has managed to achieve that so far.

The power corrupts you and you fall to the dark side where you go on a kill frenzy and start killing lots of little kiddies. Or nothing. One of the two.

Actually it looks like schwar, Tarn, er-no and Axeman have all reached this point. So best keep an eye on them.
