Hi there,

I'm trying to create a blue sky filled with clouds, but I'm having some trouble using the particle emitter. How can you make the particles stay in one place instead of automatically animating?

Cheers

The particle emitter isn't really made to do this kind of thing, something we can look in to in the future maybe.

Okay cheers. ANy idea where I could get some high quality stock footage as an alternative? What I'm really looking for is the camera speeding through the sky at high speed.

Oh, any hints at when fxvault.com will be open and how much footage will cost?

Cheers.

But can't you just shot some real clouds, and run it in fast-motion? I've done it, it looks great!biggrin
(Espesialy if you shoot some clouds above a sunset, like in "The Gladiator")

(Or am I not quite getting the issue here?)

The shot I'm trying to do is the camera speeds foward through the sky, not sideways. Think a superman type of shot.
