Force lightning can be made with Premiere. You can of course try to make it in EL. They're talking about making a lightning engine within EL, but this is unknown...! Many have faced the problem of how to make a good force lightning. You might find something in the forums..
You mentioned other force powers. Force PUSH could be made with this method:http://fxhome.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=22220
For other stock footage you could pay Detonationfilms a visit:http://www.detonationfilms.com/free_stuff.htm
Don't think they have lightning SF though..
Check out this as well:http://fxhome.com/alamdv2/plugins/list.php?cat=66
Hope this helps!

What i meant by other powers is light, like force balls and magic. like Ryan Wieber's powerball! but i still think that is cool..the tutorial of yours! Except i only have eLab! I'm hoping to get vision soon or composite but i'm not quite sure when!
Axeman is a beta tester i beleive and i was talking to him and he siad that they are trying to look into it however he's not quite sure how they'll do it! That would be the coolest enguin (well i'm mean to upgrade too!)! I hope they go through with it! but thnx for the help!

Well, you know, powerballs can be easily be created combining the Optic engine with, say this:http://fxhome.com/alamdv2/plugins/info_cache/plugin1174.html
I don't know, but it might turn out cool..!

We will be doing stock footage in the future through FXvault, but that won't be happening for a while yet. You can convert the alamdv2 plugins to QuickTime .mov files using a little utility Hendo has created, that might help you. You can obtain it from here:http://fxhome.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21207
