Well, you almost need the displacement map () for that... I can't think of any other way.

I'm afraid that requires displacement mapping, a feature not in the DV version.

This is just what I was looking for, I only just purchased Effects Lab Pro a few days ago and I've been trying to create the heat ray vision effect, if it's possible could you create a tutorial so I could see how to create it.
