Some "Kamehameha" or Ki blast that can be in used in Effectslab Pro would be awesome!

I've seen a few that were kind of close but one that has a mix of wind involved on the inside of the beam to make it look like it's moving and not just a huge light saber extending.

Some other cool things would be "Spirit Bomb" and some sort of "Energy Shield".

I know that's asking for a lot all at once but I know I'm not the only person really wanting these.

Awesome! Thanks and for anyone willing and you don't know what a "Kamehameha" looks like here's a clip that you can copy and paste into your browser.

WARNING: You have to copy the whole thing or the clip won't play.

Yeah that's the vid. If you are able to make something like that your are just amazing!

Not trying to load you up or anything but out of all the magical energy balls I've messed with something that would be really cool would be something that had a trail behind it that you could vary and would react to the path you give it.

Anyway BIG THANKS!

This all would really help out the movie I'm making and would definitaley give you full credit.

OK, what I've just realized is that this is difficult to do with one single preset. It can defenitly be made, but it's easiest working with the particular shot. But I can upload serval presets other places on the internet. You want about the same camera-angle as in the video?

OK, I've played around in EL, and I come up with a rather acceptable effect. It's a collection of five prests, and together they form something like the effect you want. If you can't use the effect, than perhaps at least you can use a similar method. It's hard to make the exact FX you want, when you don't have the original background footage, but anyway here it is:

Hope you like it! (Took me a while to zip and upload.. wink )

That's freaken awesome man! I was wondering if I could get you to help out with my movie there are tons of similiar effects like this that need to be done in the movie. If not I understand but is there anyway I could get a similiar version of this effect only have one coming at an angle towards the camera and another going at an angle away from the camera?

Perhaps making the ball a bit smaller too.

Someone mentioned they were working on a force field how's that coming.

Oeyvin I appreciate all that you've done hey one other thing you know that effect of the eminating energy around the little boy after he had pushed the blast back at his dad. Could you possibly make that effect only from a side angle.

Thanks man your the coolest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the movie done shooting?
If not, I don't think you need to do effects before you've started shooting....

Thanx, dude, I'm glad you liked it! smile Ehm.. Actually, I was the one who said I was doing the energy field. So I tried to make it with the neon light engine, using a funky compositing mode, but it didn't turn out the way I thought it was, so I'll either suggest this, this or any others of these... I can try to make the powerball in the two new angles you mentioned, however that shouldn't be to hard for you to do yourself. But I'll do it..! wink

About what you mentioned in the end, you ment that electrical-flame-thing, right? I think that's easier to do with stock footage. Good luck with your movie anyway! wink

Angle: Powerball acts towards the camera:

Hope you like 'em! wink

Enjoy!

Thanks for everything!

One more question! Those other presets, all of them will work in Effectslab Pro?
