cool Short - Trial. Editing stage.

9) Short - Milk no Sugar. Postproduction; need to schedule some reshoots due to technical issues.

Well, currently working on a short film called "Universal Crisis", which is due out within the next few weeks, and is really my first finished "real" film, as in, not an effects test, contains a storyline/plot, ect.

Then, although not confirmed, will come either a Star Wars fanfilm (I'm already halfway through with the script) or Universal Crisis 2.

Then....I really don't know. I always wanted to film my large scale stories: "Star Com" and "Empire" but I don't have enough equipment, large enough cast, ect., so that will have to wait.

I'm making an action movie based in a futuristic city, featuring a disfigured, unicycle-riding superhero, who dresses in a crappy cardboard robot suit. It finishes with a kick-ass lightsabre fight between vampires and teddy bears.

I'm 99.9% done, but my parents took the camera away, so it might never be finished. sad

Me and a friend are making a movie that we have been thinking up since last year. Its a zombie comedy type movie called Zomb0r the Greatest. Its mostly just for fun and we are planning to show it at our school's film festival, the movie isnt too serious but I've been thinking up some great camera angles and use of filters ect.

Working on a film called Project One.
Have been working on it for the last 18 months.
It's a bit crazy, but the light is appearing at the end of the tunnel and everyone involved (who I dragged into it) has done their best for a short action film with no budget.

http://www.projectone-movie.com

There is the concept of the teaser poster/cover and the soon to be opened up website telling ya'll about it smile

Hope you guys enjoy it when its out. I'll post more nearer the release time etc smile Thank you to everyone at fxhome who has helped during it's production... its nearly... finished

I'm working on The Hospital Story. I had a table reading today with the actors, shooting will begin 28th and last for approx 3 days. It's a small production with only one set, the hospital room, which i've built from scratch while finishing up the script.

It will all be covered at http://www.ajpictures.se with even more vids, screens, pictures n stuff when we begin shooting.

post inspired by er-no and project one

I'm currently in the process of shooting a film for a film festival, held by a local radio station. I have a "bears be scared" inspired stuffed animal massacre movie currently in edit right now, which I hope to post in the cinema sometime in March. I'm also in the planning stage of a new horror film I hope to have finished sometime in April.

As you probably noticed in my first post, we are currently in pre-production. The trailer is a combination of stock footage and stills from various actual film locations. As for having nothing to do with the film, I don't really see that. There is one part of the film that isn't covered in the storyline that you obviously read on our website. The pre-credit teaser is not included on purpose. Some things will be left a mystery until the premiere. The BMW Z4 Roadster that is featured in the trailer is seen in a car chase in the pre-credit teaser. The wind turbines, radio telescope etc. are actual locations. There will be a part shot in London (ie: the Big Ben shot) and the Lincoln Memorial and US Capitol will also be featured. The trailer is more of a glimspe of things to come. Hope this helps.

I just finished re-re-re-revising my script for a movie that was canceled last year, and I hope to finish it this summer. It’s a war movie set in Azerbaijan; it’s called “Acts of War”

I am also working on a new “Nam” movie for a school project. Movie in class = automatic “A”, tee hee. I still have to make up a name for it.

Well, if I ever get any free time, I'll use it to take a crack at finishing Splinter Cell, that's the biggest priority. Sadly, I have like zero time lately so finishing- or working on it at all, for that matter- soon looks near hopeless.

Besides that, my bro had this idea for a movie about twins. He wanted to enter it in the fanfilm competition, but seeing as we haven't even started yet, I doubt there's enough time.

Then there's this movie idea swg33k sent to me that I might do if I find the time, I might have a go at that.

Next I'm working on a couple movies for my friend, one called "Clockwork", about people trying to get money in 24 hours to save their brother.

And that's about it for now.

Right now, in my free time/until summer:

Splinter Cell: The Gorsky Assignment.

Splinter Cell 2: The Midnight Virus.
(Ha! Funny, how much ahead of myself I am, isn't it?)

This summer:

The Friendship-The REEEEEL One
(For real this time, we're serious. Seriously. Ha, I hope.)

And maybe some other small projects such as "Twins: The upside to identicalism" (in my sig) and our friends movie about saving a kid in 24 hours, as well as some plain old fun fxtests.

Euro Wars: Black Prince (Huge Project for school, but we are making it more than just a school project)
Gamer's Awakening (For fanfilm contest, don't think I'll make deadline, I've been busy with life.)
3 Films this summer at the NYFA
Then, for my long term college publicity thingie project I am working on an epic artistic film, you'll see in a few years, already working on script with my friend.

I am having a lot of fun with filmmaking lately. All of my friends and I are getting our licenses so we can hang out, go out, film out, etc. It's just more flexible. We are free pretty much.

-Serp

PS- Great topic, haven't see one of these in a while. Project One is going to be God.

Working on putting the finishing touches on the American Idiots 2 DVD, so that the income from that can finance De-Ev's next production - so far UNTITLED, but click the BLOG LINK in my sig for more info.

Other than that I'm still working on a National History Day Documentary on Ronald Reagan.

A friend of mine has a BMW Z4 and we are using it in the film. The helicopter is stock footage that we will be using as well. The copter willl blow up (Effectslab Pro). Our budget is around $7000 with all of our editing software, FX software, costumes, new camera, travel expenses etc. The film will be shot in Germany, London, Washington DC and several US locations.

I'm working on my first feature. It's a Dark Comedy/ Horror/ Satire (Yes that mixing of Genre is possible) called Vampires, Axe murderers and Lesbians; OH MY! (This is a working title, will probably change).

We had our first table read last Wednesday and the second will be on March 1st. Production starts March 11th.

I will post some pictures up soon and of course some of the dailys once production gets under way.

The film is intended to teach me to film a lot of different genres and conditions. It has action, comedy, drama, CGI, etc. So it is a real learning experience.

Once all is said and done it will be submitted to the Internationl Horror Film Festival here in Rhode Island, USA.

Angels and Demons (but only a trailer, or a preview for no movie. A movie of this calliber is too big for a simple old fogy like me)

and hopefully, a good website, so I can finally start up a film biz. here in austria, while I am studying. Should get alot of cash in. So I can do even more complicated films. Thats my future plan.

Cheers,

I am currently writing a script for an Indiana Jones fanfilm movie entitled "Indiana Jones and the Tomb of Lost Souls". As long as everything goes right, there should be some good stunts and locations.

SWEET! The world needs more Fingerman.

I'm currently doing some extensive grading work for a local theatre group called The Coalition. They do video sketches at the start and end of each performance, usually riffing on a well-known movie or TV show.

Having cameoed as a zombie extra in their last production, I offered them my services and the power of VisionLab HD. They were, of course, powerless to resist.

The result is that I have had about two days to grade a 60-shot trailer, including some rather intensive rotoscoped masking. All good fun though, and hopefully audiences will like it. FXhome on the stage, baby!

Many of my projects has been cancelled in the middle of script writing...
Often, you would just hear me saying "this is ghey" before I delete the whole piece of s**t
So that's about 14 small projects I didn't get time, or interest, to finnish.

I've made two movies so far this year, one for the fanfilm competition I think most of you will like, and one for an important school project, which also is like a competition. Hope to win both competition, but ey...

Projects for now:
Well, I was telling people I might get time to make another entry for the fanfilm competition.. Nope, never going to happend. I started writing the script, but I got very interested in writing it, so I couldn't just start filming, no. This fanfilm I have to work more on, and it's going to be fun. What the fanfilm is about is secret, I don't feel like hyping it...

I also have another project, but that I haven't even started writing.

I'm just in the middle of writing a script for a 50's throwback sci-fi b-movie movie. Title's pending but it'll either be "THE F.X ATTACK!!!" or "THE F.X.L.A.B ATTACK!!!", one of the two.

This'll be my first foray into actually shooting a full-on movie production, I've even bought a bluescreen (damn, blast, should have been a greenscreen) to convince myself to commit. Should be shooting soon.

Right now I'm busy with a X-Files movie, wich should be done in ehm... a few months.

And after that film I'll make a film of the Darren Shan saga (anyone who read the books ?)

That James Bond film sounds cool, I hope it will work out great.

Good luck,
