Spoofing the racist and sexist elements as well as the bad acting, corny jokes, and terrible dubs from the one and only Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Super Duper Deluxe Transformin' Ultra Mega Fighters will truly make you roll and laugh on the floor (or at least try to).

Created in the summer of 2005, this production was created rather quickly as a result of the team members having to start their first year of college. This video was shot in 2 days and edited casually here and there for more than half a year. I hope this production is enjoyable for you to see as it was to make.

man I gotta say that this was awesome. I loved everything about it.

Wish I coulda seen the zords in action, but you can't have everything right. Captured the shows nature very well and pointed put all the riduculous elemts rangers had without making it too over the top.

I love the subtitled 'brown' Ranger awesome.

I liked this a lot. Reminded me so much of the good ol' days of watching power rangers. You mimicked everything about the show perfectly. Good production values. Even though I didn't fall for most of the humor in the film, I still loved it. 5/5.

-What camera did you use for this?

Mjdixon - Thanks. I would have definitely implemented a zord scene if we had the time. That would be sweet.

Miker - Thank you too. We used a Canon GL2 for this production with Magic Bullet Looks Suite to make the film-like appearance.

Given your name, I thought you would like cheeziness =). I'll try to cut down the cheeziness to an appropriate level if I ever do a film like this again. Thanks for the feedback.

I'd love to watch this, but that format is proving difficult to view. May I suggest importing a nice .avi or .mov file?

Sorry about that. I added a .mov version. It should be listed when the page gets updated.

This was hilarious! I wasn't a big Power Rangers fan, but watching this made me figure out why I wasn't. But the way you did it made it a lot of fun to watch. SFX was done quite nicely, though the quick cut transitions into their uniforms could have used SFX over them to make it smoother. Acting was over the top, and very good.

I give it 5 out of 5, and it's going on my top ten list. This is probably one of the better submissions I've seen in the last few weeks.
