Either i'm going crazy, or you guys changed something. I just updated Elab a couple days ago and my speed control is gone. Didn't there used to be a "Crop" button and a "Speed" button. The speed button is gone!!!

Anyways, i imported a AlamDV plug in as a picture file and couldn't make it longer as there is no longer any speed control button thingy. I ended up having to right click and manually enter a % for how slow i wanted it. This was a major inconvienience compared to just clicking and dragging.

Just thought i'd mention this, and ask why you guys got rid of it.

Thanks

This was changed several updates back (original news post). The old speed tool didn't work terribly well and had a few problems, so we removed it and updated the speed system available in the contextual menu. It's much more useful and powerful now, even if there isn't a timeline tool.

and there are no plans to re incorperate the speed control? Cause having to manually do it and enter numbers and junk is really anoying.

Thanks for the quick reply

I agree. I much prefered the old speed control. Although, as I recall, the old one could not retime the keyframes. So if mu options are easier ro use, or retiming my keyframes, I'll definitely choose retimeing the keyframes.

But is there really no way to have both?
