Ok, I been trying to design a logo for my production company. Im totally stuck, i just cant desing myself a logo!!

Can anyone design my one, or give me some tips and pointers. I just stuck.!

Its called Sy and I Productions or Sy and I Films. Its an amature company, that makes mainly comedy films, based in the UK,

The slogan is "Its only takes 30 seconds".

Ive tried playing with s.a.i.f or s.a.i.p. and also its sounds like your saying Cyanide (the suicide drug) so ive tried playing around with that too.

If i like the design i might pay cash for it. Serious. Im a man of my word.

Thanks again!
Simon (Sy)

I used 3D Studio Max. I didn't know what your color scheme was so I just used some default colors and stuff and added a skylight to illuminate the scene to give it some deph and animated the text and added camera shake in Adobe After Effects.

EDIT: Oh and the font doesn't have to be that way. You can have whatever font you like. I choose that font because to me, it has some comedic values to it in terms of the look and animation. Plus, should you decide to go on for this one, I can make the intro a little longer. biggrin

Yep and I'm still paying on the loan that I used to buy it lol.

My next software purchase will probably be Maya Unlimited 7. Should be getting that sometime this decade. Maya is over $7,000

Clarify, please.

Do you want a static image? Or an intro video?

Or both?

Yeah I read about tha in an earlier thread. I'm more into particle effects which I'm training in right now. But somewhere down the road I'm gonna do some training in modeling and animation.

Use Freewebs.com for free hosting, they have low profile ads and you can upload your own HTML files.

If you need help making the site/hosting it, I'll be glad to help, I'm looking for things to add to my resumé. Give me a shout (ben3308 [at] gmail [dot] com) if you're interested.

Im thinking about keeping it as Sy and I productiuons for all my other work, I.E. my music i make and my other promotional material.

But for the film side of it i was thinking of calling it "Cyanide films" because sometime when say Sy and I, i think it sounds like your saying Cyanide..... do you not think so?

Have a look at this conceptual animation. Nothing is textured. Just a lighted scene with a particle system. No sound.

Wow, thats really good. I like this one. Well the colours for SyandI are Black, White and Grey.

So if you could change the colours of both the videos and the Cyanide one could it explode? If this is ok, and my friend is happy, ill slip you some money for your troubles.

You want to use the previous concept clip and the one you just looked at? Yes I can have the Cyanide logo explode. The text for both are black and white or black or white and the background grey or the text has the lettering colored white and black kind of like zebra stripes with a grey background?
