Here's a EXTREMELY early, very unfinished Preview of a untitled film I'm Working on.
9 mb, Mp4. http://www.archive.org/download/Sneakpeak1/Sneakpeak.mp4
So what's the general consensus?

I look forward to it.
Liked the transition between the NVG and the BMW tires.

Looks cool...I like the gas mask. Kinda reminds of the Helghast in KILLZONE. Some cool action in there, too! And the grading in the night scenes with the car look pretty slick!
I'm excited to see it- any tenative release date?

Seems like it could be interesting. The music mixing needs a bit of work, though (it's the same one I used in my gunfight test Gunbound a while back
) but the fast-paced editing is pretty effective, considering it's very unfinished.

What camera do you use?

DVx100a and a Sony Vx2100, correct me if I'm wrong Bryce.
Just Watched it:
Despite some (just a handful) impossibly grainy with *wait for it* not enough contrast, this rocks to the utmost degree. I love the goggles on that guy too, make it even cooler.
But.....then again........considering........why wouldn't I like them?

Didn't use the VX2100 this time actually....
(Also, this movie is going to have a composed soundtrack. I just added this music for this little vid. Also, all these shots are the ones that Didn't make it into the film. Certainly not the grainy ones. You see, the DVX doesn't get the greatest low-ish light. So yeah, this is all spec shots)

yeah man this looks really great for being unfinished. small editing fixes though cuz i didnt see the point in cutting back to the guy with the mask shooting in the hallway every couple of cuts. other than that it looked great. is it gunna be an action suspense? and what did you use to edit?

This definitely looks interesting. Even in this unfinished, early form this looks like you've got some excellent characters and great cinematography.
My one gripe, which is way too late to consider for the production, is that the whole premise looks rather cliche. It would appear to be "Yet another action film with guns and special ops people" and will be perhaps be a little over-familiar to FXhomers by now.
I for one, am getting increasingly frustrated by the number of fxhome teasers which show all the hallmarks of a technically superb and incredibly talented crew, wasting their abilities on a 13-to-the-dozen action plot. The entire genre should be avoided to create something truely unique, if you ask me.
Still, visually at least this looks like its going to rule and frankly i always love a good action film anyway

This looks really nice...some of the shots kinda remind of Michael Mann type of style...which I like A LOT !!! Almost reality TV like...but only cooler =)
The cinematography is great in most scenes...but in others, you still need to work on...for instance the scene in the bathroom, where the guy fixes his cuffs...its too simple...even though its such a minor "failure" of using correct cinematography...its kinda disturbing for me to watch..because its one scene that stands out to be quite simple in comparison to the rest of the "movie".
But all in all, I loved it...excellent..cant wait to see more...
P.s: I do suppose you bought the whole mask or? Or did you make those "splinter cell" like goggles yourself?

Yeah, visually and editing wise, this is as polished as your other stuff. But I already know you're good there. Plus the solid sound-to-image design gives this a really good flow.
I hope. similar to what xcession says, the final film will be a bit more then flashy visuals and MTV-in-your-face editing to make it eye-candy, which it definately is.
I'd love to see these technical skills put into an actual movie. You know, with a proper plot, proper characters, proper drama etc.

I agree with Sollthar all the way. It looks REALLY good, but I'll have to wait and see about the story

The trick is, the action fully takes the back seat to storyline...You'll have to wait and see how differently It'll be presented.
(And devilskater, as far as these shots go, refer to my previous post about these shots being ones that didn't make it into the film...)

Because there is a difference.

Very cool shots and really well presented as a teaser montage...
...but is it just more of the same? I want to see 'love' Bryce. LOVE!
p.s - the car stuff was very nice, and the transition between the goggles and car was brilliant.

Haven't been paying attention to this side of the fence.
This looks very good. The small fights sorta reminded me of the Bourne Supremacy. Nice fast action, with a cool shakey camera trying to follow the moves.
It looks very promising and I can't wait to see more!
