Am I allowed to buy from someone who no longer wants the software.
And if I am allowed to buy. How does one sell and keep it all legal.

The software is non-transferrable. The license belongs to the original purchaser and no one else. Therefore, any transfer of said license to another individual would violate the license agreement, thus defaulting ownership of said license back to the company.

The only way to obtain FXHome software is to purchase it through the FXHome web site, and from no other source.
