How do I right-click on a Macintosh mouse?

I've seen people mention right clicking to accomplish certain tasks. Will control-clicking on a Mac do the same thing?

CTRL then click as has been said, or if you want quick options in say Internet Explorer just hold onto the link or image and a tab box will pop up smile
