Good stuff CX3! This is much, much
better than the previous teaser you released. Use of actual film dialogue was a good touch, I've always been a fan of trailers that do that.
Looks like a lot of fun, and you released just enough info about the plot to grab my interest.
Looking forward to it.

Hah bryce, we shot this on the DVX100a.
Tarn, thanks a bunch man. I wasnt sure how to approach this trailer for the longest ha, I'm glad the dialogue worked for ya - hopefully it works for others ha. Now lets just pray the movie will bring out the same excitement heh.

The trailer is fantastic, CX3.
I have seen all your X3I episodes here on FXHome. And so far, this looks to be you guys best work yet this year. The effects are like 5X better. I'm betting the action are the same as well.
Man, I can't wait to see the full finished movie. Maybe you guys should make a X3I website.

Garrison -- Not too sure what the problem could be..
Bryce -- Heh, much appreciation man.
Marc -- Many thanks to you as well for all that you complimented us on. We're still trying to get a website up for X3i. Trouble is we cant find any1 to design one for us ha (cuz we dont know how ha)
BTW - I updated the trailer to show a lil more action towards the end instead of people just standing around ha. The FXhome page might go down for a few hours but you can view the trailer by this link (same link thats given on the fxhome page) as well until the page is live again.http://cobraproductions.filmspace.biz/divft.mov
Thanks again guys.

CX3 - I ask on behalf of the people who haven't yet had the pleasure of watching this... please recompress and make a higher resolution trailer. I want to watch it again at a better resolution (especially on the sound front, as some of it was popping above the threshold).
So yes, a bigger version please! h264 please
As for my opinion of it, really well put together, but I only watched about twenty seconds, then stopped.. as I want to hold out for a bigger version...?

Hey thanks guys for the positive comments!
Er-No - Sure no prob, I'll link up a high def in about 15-20. I'll edit it into this post and then add it over night so I't doesnt mess up the page during the day.
Shadu - Thanks man, but yeah I also use some After Effects as well.
rstudios - That was me attempting to do the trailer man voice heh. I always did it joking around with my friends and they said it wasnt that bad, so I tried it in here. The rife explanation at the beginning was a little modified but the rest of the trailer voice dialogue was all me with no audio tweaking, to give u an example ha.
Thanks again all!

Just got a look at the new high quality version of the trailer with some new parts in it. And I think only one word can say what I felt when I saw it..... DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's more wilder then before. Was I seeing things, or was Arsyn flying!?!
This new traier really give you a real insight on what to come in this flick. Give you the feeling that this a darker telling in the X3I sage.
And maybe some Rife may not make it out is this...alive. But we have to wait for the movie to find out. (how about letting us see the rest of the X3! tv show to hold us over for the movie release, just a though..LOL
It's cool to know that you're working to see about making a X3I site. I'll be looking forward to see that... and must of all your movie

Hey thanks a bunch Marc. Heh and yes Arsyn was flyin there for a min. And I wont say who lives n dies in this.. if anyone does
but I will say that u might be surprised ha.
Also, I'm usually not one to complain but I just want to know why Dancam rated this movie a 1. If he doesnt give an explanation I wouldnt mind having that removed.. ha

Just watched it. It was very well made, the effects looked very well done. 4/5.
Dancamfx seems like the kind of person to rate something down just because others rated it up— look at his other votes, he rated Ghost Soldiers 1/5 and AOTS 0/5. I'd take away a few of his votes.

Hey thanks Timmy. And yeah, I think hes doing so as well. Cuz you dont "accidentally" vote 1's and 0's that many times.. especially when it asks u "are you sure" ha

Well I have to say that I was very impressed by the trailer. Very good editing and the production values look very good. Did you do all of the effects yourself? If so really good. I would like to know what you use for equipment since I am trying to make all of my things much better, that's why I have just been gaining experience through doing short comedy bits. I am actually excited to see the finished product of this.

Awesome! All the effects were great with one exception (of course I understand you are still in the works): the battle with the strong-man. I gather from the earthquake effect when he runs that he is supposed to be a Juggernaut-esque character, but when he slams into the column, and when he slams the other guy into the column, it loses it's sense of power. There needs to be some damage there, some cracks, smoke/dust, debris. I think that would bring the shot up to the high standard you set with the rest of your effects. I look forward to the final cut!

JT9 - Hey thanks man
U2 - Thanks, I will for sure
Jaster - Thanks and Good point hah
Suicide - Much thanks. Yeah I take care of all of the fx work, I'm glad u liked it. As for equipment, I shoot with a panasonic DVX100a, edit with final cut pro and for effects I use effectslab and after effects.
Pixel - Thankya.
Mr_E_Man - Hey thanks man, yeah all of the effects are more than likely gonna change maybe just a little for the better, come time for the full film. I was def thinking about adding something like what u said for the wall hit. It will def be in there for the movie tho. When it comes down to it, I just got lazy heh.
Thanks again all

This trailer is amazing! I viewed all of the previous episodes and recognized most of the locations in Columbus. Did you have any complications with filming in some (assumed) uncontrolled environments? I can't wait until the film comes out! I've got so many questions - is there an email I could bother you at?

Really cool indeed, much better then the Teaser! This felt like it was telling a proper story and actually got me interested in the film, so well done!
Technically, this was really good. Most of the cinematography was very good, some "only" good, but the quality standard was well high. Good production values, good action, solid FX, and the acting looked much better this time too - if even a bit OTT, but I guess that fits the style of the movie.
Something about it still left me less impressed then the technical quality about it suggests, but I guess that is just a personal taste kinda thing, so nothing to worry about.
So my compliments to you and your team and I look forward to the final film! I'd say we're in for a treat!

Looks very well done in terms of filmography. The timing on the audio to go with the written titles and the titles themselves seemed to be a bit too slow in terms of dramatic timing.
The action looks incredible. The effects look well-done and the soundtrack seems like it fits...
