Well, I saw the topic "heroes" on the forum, and I thought it would be nice to have a topic where you could post your heroes.

Well for me:

My heroes are:

Bret Easton Ellis - Easily my favorite author of all time. He wrote American Psycho (favorite book).

Eli Roth, David Lynch, Takashi Miike, Kevin Smith, and Robert Rodriguez- I feel like these filmmakers, more than any others, play by their own rules but still make really interesting and good movies.

Akira Yamaoka & Gozo Kitao - The creative force behind the Silent Hill video game series, all of which have deeply impacted how I look at and write stories.

Yes that man is definately a hero ... and I think he was casted brilliantely in "band of brothers"

My heroes are: Joseph Kaplan, Yitzchak Zuckerman, Zivia Lubetkin, Shmuel Braslaw und Mordechai Tenenbaum

They were the leaders of the first ever jewish Uprising => The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943. They fought literally till the last man. The unique thing about these people was, that they still had so much energy and courage to fight the best trained army, this earth has ever seen (They only could consume an energy level of 184 Kalories a DAY, whereas a normal person would have 2500kcal !!!)

Quite amazing !!!

My other hero is BLADE...he is cool, quick, strong, his sunglasses never break, and no matter if he is in prison, captured in some other town, he will always find his oakley sunglasses !!! =D

Cheers,
d.
