Effect quality (non-square pixels) [ANSWER]

with my muzzle flashs and neon lights there seems to be some streaks going down both effects....

How do they look when you render them to video?

yup, you cant see it unless u pause the frame but its still there

The footage that you create from your camera uses whats called non-square pixels. However on your monitor, those pixels are square. Therefore we have to try to reinterpret the footage on your screen to use these non-square pixels, hense the footage is stretched slightly. The lines are normal, and won't be present in your export render.
