Wires for moves [ANSWER]

If using a move where i would fly through the air flipping and whatnot using ropes not proffesional wires or green screening.

Could I just place a mask over the rope and not see it or would i have to grab more footage with the camera and use that ?

You could use the mask to do what you want you just need footage of the area where the rop would be with the rope there.

Unless your actor on wires is greenscreened, in which case you could mask the rope and be done with it.

Ropes and wires are always tricky, especially where you harness them onto your actor/actress. Good luck with it, let us see what you come up with.
