ahaha nice movie. At first, I found it real funny how soldier was like 7 years old. The story really got my attention with the explosions and the driving around. I also liked the filming technique of filming yourself with one hand, that takes skill. The plane explosion was also impessive. The acting was convincing too. For a movie made by kids that should be watching power rangers, it was very well done.
P.s. 'Story' in "Army Storie" is spelled wrong and 'command' in the credits was spelled wrong.

Considering your age is was not bad, although I would have liked to see more gun flashes. When you were all shooting at the beginning, you should have had some there, not just at the very end. Also the driving scene was way to long; you could have cut it down considerably. And there where a few video cuts you missed on taking out. But it was not bad at all for your first full movie.
2/5 cause you could have put a little more effort into it

If you could have worked a santa hat in there someplace, I think you might have had a winner for Schmede's contest.
I enjoyed watching that. Of course, it could be said that your army jeep bears a striking resemblance to a golf cart.
Nice work. Keep it up. A 3/5

That was impressive. Fun, funny even where it didn't mean to be. I like it and i appreciate how limited your resources were so im not going to rag on your effects or filming. Very creative use of sound effects, that was a smart way to get around to many effects. That one "flying through clouds" shot was very nicely done. What stock footage was that?

Ironic that you spelled critic wrong, but I'm not gonna harp on you like some people who will take every chance to rag on an creative young filmmaker with good vision and a sense of humor. No. That's not very classy. Shame that everones a critic.

To anyone who wants to put down a "kid trying to learn", remember that all we are were, and most of us still are, "kids trying to learn". Jgtrox, keep making movies like this because i love them, spelling aside.

Please don't post more comments like this either. You should be grown enough to phrase your critisism slightly less... let's say... offensive.

This movie was pretty good.
Some of the best things about the movie:
-music was good
-props were good
-special effect where the plane blew up in the air across the sky was realy good.
Here are some things to work on for next time:
-more shots from different angles
-tell your actors not to look at the camera. This makes it look alot more professonal.
-when you're editing cut more off the ends of the clip so there aren't little pauses
I can tell that you have improved alot scince cop vs. gangster.
Nice job on this movie!

I don't ummmmmm. I don't know how to say this buttttttttt, umm, hmm. Your movie wasn't that good. At all.
My dad always told me that the quality of the sound is the key, not the graphics. Work on the sound. I couldn't here what the actors where saying.

I didn't really get any of the humor, but that could just be me.
Things to work on: Try thinking about how you frame your shots more carefully. Also, the sound was hard to hear and understand sometimes. It would help if you spoke louder, and would help even more if you dubbed a lot of it.
I'm very impressed with your ability to film yourself with one hand.
Keep on working on your films. They are definitly improving.

Impressive given your young age, but I can't say that I enjoyed it much. The plot didn't satisfy me. Also, there were some parts where there were no muzzle flashes or explosions, where towards the end there were lots of effects. Also, the dialogue just seemed like it was made up on the spot and was not very compelling at all. I'd suggest you write a rough script before hand, this would help with the plot issues as well. I think in general, you just need to take your time and spend some ore time planning things out a little more thoroughly before you start filming.

Everyone is saying (including myself) “impressive for your age”, but out of curiosity, and due to lack of profile, how old are you? (and despite jmax's sick and twisted mind, im not a predator. jmax i will deal with you later, how are you at boxing? jk)
