I'm just wondering who on FXhome has a website. Because I just got one and I'm making one right now and wanted to know how everyone made theirs?

WARNING: SHAMELESS PLUGS (yes, plural) AHEAD!

I have two websites

www.batturd.com which I recently turned into a movie review site (Project One review already up) was made using Wordpress
and my personal portfolio www.nickfreeland.net which was hand made using notepad and various resources found on the net

the FXhome website (with the exception of the forums) was hand coded by Schwar and Malone I believe (the forums are PHPbb)

I prefer original websites but sometimes I get lazy/don't have the time so I use a base smile

I have two websites, www.chris-boyer.com is for people who want to commission animation, it was made in notepad and Paint Shop Pro 7, my other website, www.sophieswanson.com is for an upcoming project and was made the same way.

Got a couple (more shameless promoting lol)

www.boredwithcameras.com
-> site full of random videos and stuff like that

www.kylechappell.com
-> personal blog basically

http://portfolio.kylechappell.com
-> my old and outdated portfolio site.. i need to work on this lol

Just finishing making this site for a client

www.rimrockpub.com
-> bar/club website

KC.com is a wordpress blog - i didn't have to do much
Portfolio.kc.com was made in dreamweaver really quickly because I needed somethign up
boredwithcameras.com and rimrockpub.com were "hand-made".
Notepad++ is the best program by far for that.

Heh, unlike all my other FXhomers I also have a website, and it's for my movie-making company Redhawk Productions. Hopefully you'll like it, and make sure to check back often, I post quite a lot on it smile. Check out the nifty merchandise I have for sale in the "Shop" section razz

www.atomic-pro.com is mine, but some of the links are dead at the moment. The important ones (movie pages) still work, though.

I have one:
www.nezfilms.co.uk

It's not got much on it at the moment though, only a preview of my first short film, created with VisionLab.

I'm planning to update it very shortly, but my web skills aren't very good I'm afraid!

www.dtcrafts.co.uk (not movie related)
www.duck66.com (only just got it and not done anything with it yet)

I used Dreamweaver MX2004 initially but am now hand coding about 50% of the time (still within Dreamweaver though). Am working on w3c ticks for all pages.

Work in progress. I should be done by the end of January or early February, then I'll show you guys. I love the way the WIP looks right now, I really only need to add content right now.

I'd like to create my own website as well and was wondering how each of y'all (you-all) learned to code? I'm pretty much no-budget but am willing to put time into an awesome website.

EDIT: I really like the layout of recklessproductions.net . It's not anyones site here, but its the site of Adrian Grenier, or the guy who played Nate in the Devil Wears Prada.

That site involves a lot of graphic design and work with flash, so good luck making it without either a lot of money or a lot of time.

It is cool though, albeit a little creepy.
