I am new to teh forum, and just saw the first movie CELL. MY question is, in the opening 10 second scene, where the red lights outline the eagle and it is glowing.....or glaring or whatever.....Is that made with VisionLab studio?

I am looking for a program that can do what this gy did for his trademark.....That was probably easy for him but very cool to me....

Will this program allow me to make that too?

Thanks Glenn

Hey, my intro movie was made using Sony Vegas 7.0, with some 3d line effects at the beginning. Then I imported it into VisionLab, and added some glow and a few gleam filters. Using some masks I managed to make the transition between the outlined "Redhawk figure" and the final logo a lot smoother. It was actually very hard to pull of, since I had to match all the animations perfectly so it wouldn't look weird once it was done. Took me about 8-10 hours from start to finish. Perhaps I'll write a tutorial on it someday, if I only can find the project file.

Cool that you liked it smile

I've just watched the intro (sorry, not had time for the movie yet). That is a truly awesome intro dude. You will have to post a tutorial on that one.

That reminds me of the tales of people who paid full price for a movie and then left after they saw the Batman trailer (yes, Batman did it before The Phantom Menace)
