Okay I bought FXLabs about a year ago. Since then I've moved and my old email address no longer exists. I've posted here once and never got a response. I also messaged the support team a month ago and received no reply. I just tried the "forgot password" with the old email and fxhome says it's no longer in their database. What in the world do I have to do get the key back?

The support here is normally very prompt and good, to the extent that I suspect either you didn't post or that you emailed the wrong address. (Your post count is set to 1, being this post).

In any case, you'll need to contact team@fxhome.com with full details of your purchase. This includes the email address you used and your home postcode along with any other personal details.

Once you've done that, expect a reply within 72 hours.

my post count is 1 because the first one got deleted. I never got a message back saying the message didn't send properly so I doubt it was the wrong email, but I've sent them along another email, so hopefully I'll get something back this time.
