If I understand, you want to edit your video in Windows Movie Maker after you have finished using VisionLab?

If so, you need to render your VisionLab project into a video format (such as AVI or QuickTime MOV), and then import the video in Windows Movie Maker.

In VisionLab, click the 'Render' menu and then 'Render Settings' to set what kind of output you want. Then click 'Render' menu and then 'Render' to export the video.

That will save the AVI/MOV file to your hard disk, to the location that you specify.

After it's finished, use Windows Movie Maker to import the movie file and go from there.

There's a video tutorial on rendering. You'll want to export to an AVI for use in Windows Media Maker.
