hello, I seek has to make an effect of reflection on a pane, I am has
the interior and I am filmed with traversune pane of the outside on
which one sees a reflection of cars which ravel, how do have I to
make?

Take the footage you want reflected, flip it right to left, then drag the four corners of the footage to the four corners of the window. Add a transparency filter, and set the transparency to where it looks good.

and to delimit the zone of the pane just, I play with the corners?

If you only want part of the image to reflect, use a mask to remove the parts you don't want seen.
