I'd check Detonation Films for stuff like this. Also, if you just want debris/dirt, it should be pretty easy to do on set.

All stock footage works on Compositelab pro..

Import it as a media clip and then composite it using the Add or Screen option (depending on the clip).

It shows it in the object attributes section, in the same window as the effects and media tabs. The transfer mode selection is just below the color bar.

Just go on the Detfilms website and they have a tutorial on how to do it.

heyyy ill tell you where you can get them go to downloads and go too alarmdvplugins and downloads and there is a plugin where bullets fall towards the camera
