So you're pitting superheroes against superheroes?
I don't see Fred Fred Burger on that list

Wait... what are we voting on here? Who would win in a battle, or who should win in your movie?

It's a trick question. Peter Pan would win because you can't hit women

Well he's the only one who doesn't wear spandex with his underwear over it...

Technically it's not underwear. It's a certified super under garment which has somehow made it to the top layer of clothing.
I think Waser is right, but Peter Pan would also win because you can't hit people with recent transplant operations.

Peter pan will come and attack you Kyal, but you can't hit him, because if you do, he might rapidly change sexes and suffer serious spasms.

In a straight fight, Superman would win easily. Simply no comparison.
However, there's always Kryptonite. Both Spidey and Batman have the scientific intelligence to use that in such a way as to easily beat Supes. Spidey, however, simply wouldn't do it - he'd find a way of not having to fight, 'cos he's a nice guy.
Bats, on the other hand, is a bit of a psychopath and probably doesn't approve of Supes' do-gooding ways, so I don't see that he'd have any problems with taking him down.
So yeah, if kryptonite was involved at all, Batman would easily win.
And, yes, Peter Pan is just a big girl.

Peter pan? is this a joke? peter pan would die before the movie starts! as for who would win it would be batman because he knows supermans weekness and he would kill spiderman before his head goes all crazy! Peter Pan well fall out of the sky after Batman takes his batplane and shoot her out of the sky!

I voted Spiderman because I like him the best and he would come in second to Superman...unless of course there was kryptonite (or however you spell it) involved...so there should be!

Batman has Tim Burton on his side, so we may very well end up with Johnny Depp and that Oompa Loompa guy getting involved too, not to mention a whole bunch of wierd crap that makes me stay up all night, as if Peter Pan was bad enough...

Obviously Supes would defeat any of the others without breaking a sweat, unless they cheated (i.e. used Kryptonite.)
Between the other two (I'm not counting Peter Pan,) Spider-Man would win over Batman, largely because Bats doesn't even have any powers. Also, as Tarn said, Batman's a vengeful psychopath. Not that that holds any bearing on his fighting ability, It's just why don't like him as much

Definitely Batman. He is the best.

my other online name gets its origins from Batman.
Also, here in Belgium I've seen Batman the Animated Series (plural) in French AND English (not at the same time) and have yet to see the others so Batman has more public appeal

Not really a fair competition as SuperMan is the most powerful superhero out of those you listed (As much as I hate him).
Try adding say... Silver Surfer or Dr. Fate and you'd have a battle.

Nah, put Dr Manhattan in there. He'd wipe the floor with all of them. Simultaneously. Without moving a muscle.

Ha! The Green Lantern could take them all out. Kyle Rayner can make things out of thin air with his ring so if he could conjure up a little kryptonite...

It depends. Is it the REAL Batman, or George Clooney dressed as Batman?
If it's the REAL Batman, he would smack them all to hell. Mainly because Superman is constantly beaten by people without powers. And Batman use gadgets, plus he's crazy.
Btw. Chuck Norris owns Superman.

This should be the story...
All of the heroes...and Peter Pan too, confront each other and prepare for battle. They all look challengingly at each other in silence when suddenly the silence is broken by Peter Pan letting out an ear defining shriek in terror and flies away. Annoyed by this cowardly retreat, Superman decides to finish him off quickly and gives chase.
Meanwhile, Spiderman and Batman duke it out in a battle unparalleled by any other, using all the fancy moves that look really good on camera that they know. Spiderman is dodging all of Batman's attacks while Batman is virtually impervious to all of Spidey's attacks due to his armor and natural skills.
Up in the sky, Superman was in pursuit of Peter who was nervously singing about Neverland while looking over his shoulder at his approaching killer. Superman was gaining fast and of course you can guess what happened next…well, let’s just say…it doesn’t feel very good to get hit by someone who is faster than a speeding bullet and more powerful than a locomotive.
Spiderman’s and Batman’s battle had progressed allot: they were now on top of a building. Spiderman had managed to shoot a strand of web at Batman which had stuck to him and was now swinging him in circles to gain momentum. Batman was struggling to free himself from the web but time was running out, unfortunately Spiderman realized this and decided to do what he had been preparing to do…he flung Batman off the roof with all his might…Batman went flying and even his armor wasn’t enough to protect him from his fatal collision with the ground…he had lost.
Spiderman knew that Peter Pan wouldn’t last long against Superman because he had studied Superman-as well as Batman and Peter Pan-before coming into battle and knew that Peter Pan could not defeat Superman without kryptonite, Superman’s only weakness. This is why he now carried a stick of it in his pocket (he had to put pockets into his Spiderman costume just for this event). And he also knew how to use it to defeat Superman…he spun a web casing around the kryptonite.
Superman landed on the rooftop to face Spiderman. Then, without warning, Spiderman shot a long strand of web at him that had a small glob of web at the end of it. The glob made contact with him and the web started wrapping around him ‘does he really think this’ll hold me?’ Superman thought to himself and then decided to break out of it…and found that he couldn’t. He was too weak to break free of the web around him…then, as he started to feel a gradually building pain where the web glob was, he realized that there was something inside of the glob and what it was…

hmm...well, maybe their fighting over the worlds last peice of pie.
P.S. I didn't go with Spidey 'cause he won the poll, I went with him because he's who I voted for.

Spider-Man winning this poll is utterly absurd.
I shall be writing to my MP.
