Mask feather product suggestion

I think that the mask feature in the Lab products should feature independently adjustable inner/outer feather, I think this would be good for light overspill from light swords or other light sources. I think it'd also be good when using a mask to cast light onto an actor because then the inner feather of the mask could be really heavy but the outer feather could be standard so that the glow stops on the edge of the actor but doesn't look to harsh on the inside.
Maybe there could be an option to turn this feature on or off if you don’t want to use it.
I think this would add even more flexibility to the mask engine what do you think?

Heh, thanks NickD, but I prefer "Experienced user."
BTW Jabooza, I've filed your idea into the future features file the beta testers use, so perhaps someday you will see it implemented. Depends on the FXhome team really though, and if it fits into their development schedule.

I agree, that would be very helpful. I am working on a small film right now and it would help a lot in making a clash taking place behind an actor more realistic so the "outer feather" doesn't take away the glow right around the actor.
