monitor check with IEEE1394 suggestion

Hi FXhomer!

Now We are tring some effect with Visionlab.

some clips are editing by FCP and DV output with monitor in usuall.
I think I'm happy to get the monitor check like that on Visionlab.

How is???

I think he means he wants Visionlab to output the video across the firewire so he can see it on a monitor.

Sounds like a good idea, a lot of video apps do it. I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement though. Plus it would only probably be useful to a small number of users who have a more professional equipment setup.

As FXHome products support a massive range of formats from 1080p uncompressed down through DV to custom ones, I doubt this will be an urgent concern as it'll only be useful for a small subset of the projects.

I think you'll be better off working (if your NLE supports it) in 4:4:4 space in the FXHome products and importing into your NLE to watch the DV out of that instead.
