You can flip the image of the video around, but that doesn't change the direction of play. You'd need to do that in your editor program.

There is a way infact... I cant say right now because I have a problem with effectslab but I am sure you can do it because I have done it many times before... I know this is done by going under the settings of the clip if that helps.

I think I know how to do it...
Click on the name of the clip in the timeline. On the right side, there should be a number of options. one of these is "Reverse." By default, this is set to "False." Switching it to "True" will reverse the clip.
I think that's correct, but I can't check for sure at the moment.
