I have some video footage, which I have added some nice flashing lights over the top of. For completeness, I would also like to add a sort of disco mirror-ball effect as well? I have searched in vain. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

MOD NOTE: please do not post multiple threads asking the same question.

Its going to be far easier to re-shoot the scene, I am afraid, than to add a convincing mirror ball effect in post. I assume you mean all the little squares of light spinning around the room and across everything?

To do that effect properly, you need hundreds of square, and each one needs to deform and warp seperately as it passes across the various objects and square corners in the room. You could do a similar effect by creating an image in your photo editor that was just a long grid of white squares over black, which you could animate scrolling sideways across the scene, and it might give the effect, but it is going to look like it was added afterward.

If you are after something a bit different than what I am thinking of, then maybe there is another way to do it.
