I'm guessing you want to add yourself to an existing clip?

You will need to film yourself against a green screen background (or import your clip into a photo editing program like Photoshop and paint out the background on each frame) and then composite yourself with the image of the building.

When you import any clip into Comp Lab you can drag the handles of the quad to scale the image to whatever size you want so you can be as large or small (relative to the background) as you wish.

If you right click the center of the quad and move, it'll scale the entire clip.
