You just get a permanent webspace that the movie will be downloaded from and if someone wants to download it in the FXHome cinema it will be linked to that file.

Submit a film to the cinema, making sure that you have used an FXhome product in the creation of it. Then within a week or so, the FXhome team should clear it, and you will be able to access your movie page.

Do you have to have a website, or can you just upload the vid to fxhome?

FXhome does not allow you to upload the video directly to the site, no. The video file must first be hosted on another site, which you would then provide the link to when submitting the movie to the cinema.

However, having your own website is not a requirement. You simply need to upload the movie to a site that allows you to provide a direct link to the file; though using your own web space is desirable in most cases. Refer to the "Cinema Submission How-To" for a complete walk through of the process/requirements.

Take care.

Can you reccomend a specific website? I've tryed every site under the sun and it's always rejected.

I have my own website, and theres a link to the movie on there- I typed in the link, and it was rejected.

????????!!?

Take a look at the Filmmaker's FAQ, in the webhosting section. There are some suggestions there.

I've heard of a mystical "Search". 'Tis said that The Search can uncover all sorts of secrets about posts from the past and sometimes even the future.
