How can I save my finished Effectslab project to Quicktime?

I was wondering on how (or can) I save a finished Effectslab or Compositelab project to a normal Quicktime file?

Render. Use the Render settings to save as quicktime.

thanks... and sorry. confused i didnt mean to do that. i posted the same question last night in a forum i didnt know i put it in, so this morning i looked and it wasnt in the forum i thought it was in and i reposted it... sorry!
