How do I send a Effectslab project to Compositelab? [ANSWER]

I just wanted to know if it was possible to send a Effectslab project to Compositelab, or send a Compositelab project to Effectslab?
If it is, I would like to know how. thnks.

Since the tools included in each program are completely different, you cannot transfer the actual project file from one program to another.

The way you move between applications is to render out the footgae from one, then open it in a new project in the other. An uncompressed render will ensure that you do not lose any quality throughout the transfer.
