On the Composite Lab page there is a video example where the the guy body turns to a see-through liduid-looking state. Could someone make a preset for this?

A preset isn't necessary, all you have to do is apply a Displacement Map to the layer with the guy on it. He must be on a seperate layer from the background, then on the timeline, click the Composite controls, and select the Displacement Map from the toolbox. There you have it.

i dont think it will work for you though. I think that you have to have pro to achive what you are trying to do
