Given the possible thousands of places where you or the website could be going wrong, you're going to have to be a bit more specific than that.

Additionally, this is not a "product discussion" - its clearly "FXhome website help" and should in future be posted into the correct forum accordingly.

Why can't you watch anything? Can you play the file? Do you get an error? What player are you using? Does the file appear on your desktop with a movie-related icon, does the file have any filesize, can you even download the files? can you even see the download link?

Please be more specific.

Hmm, that is quite strange. It appears to be working fine on my end. Usually you will be presented with a shortcut, such as what you described, when you have right clicked a link, instead of a downloadable file, and select "Save Target As...".

In the below illustration you can see that there are two places where it says "Play", both of which can be right clicked. Only one of these, however, are a link to the movie file. Be sure that you are right clicking the correct "Play" button, as highlighted below.

Good luck.

Speaking of this, I have a problem too. Whenever I click "play", I get a message saying "the plugin failed to initialize." Also, when I right click play, the "save target as" button will not let me click it. Is there some quicktime web player I need to install or something?

What browser are you guys using?

Merrick World: Sounds like one of your browser plugins could be broken, do you get that message on every movie or just a few? You could try reinstalling quicktime.
