With anything other than VisionLab you need to credit FXhome in some way. Yes.

MOST of the ways are done using the credit clips you can find here
I've seen credit given just in regular title credits like you would credit the director:
with Effectslab Prowww.fxhome.com

does effects lab have an on screen credit. if it does can you take it off and just use a creddited video. And also how can they sue if you are not making money off of it. Cause you can find some fan films about certain movies that dousnt say the name the company that published it or anything like that, they dont give any credit. and also on google video or youtube i havnt seen a video yet that has credited effects lab WHEN i type in effects lab.

Its part of the licence agreement so using it in a way other than allowed is a breach of copyright. It does not matter whether you make money from it or not.
The fact is that FXHome are nice people and are not likely to sue you for leaving it off but they are giving you the products at a much cheaper price than competing products and only asking for this one small thing in return. The least you can do is help spread the word. Many of the people with VisionLab still credit FXHome out of courtesy even when they don't have to.
Afterall FXHome is still a small operation and if we help it keep going then we can all benifit from it. If it has to close because of not enough sales or too much piracy then we all lose out.

The demo watermarks your footage. The full version doesn't, of course, as that would render everything you do useless. And if you searched youtube for EffectsLab, any movie you got would have to have credited the software, or it wouldn't have come up in your search, right? Maybe its not actually in the clip, but somwhere on the page it has a credit that says they used EffectsLab.
