Why don't you find a movie of a slow moving shy, add a X2 speed to it, and then composite your actor?

Or do what i'd do. Go outside into the hills and film the sky while following an imaginary flying actor.

Or if you pass me 30 force I'll take the footage of you actor and composite it, assuming your actor has been greenscreened for the shot.
