How do you freeze frame? [ANSWER]

Is it possible to freeze a frame from a video and than use that frame for 20 frames or something like that.

Export the frame in question as an image file, then cut your video at that frame, stick in the image, and set it to whatever length you want.

Set the in and out points to that same one frame.
