RAM playback speed [ANSWER]

one other thing i wasn't sure of is is that when i ram my project and watch it, it seems to be slower than its sopposed to be. will this effect my final project when i export it?

I think that I can help. When you do finally render it and watch it, it may seem jumpy. Just rerender the file and you should have no problems.

It takes time to add digital grading and effects, so your playback won't be in real time, when you render out your project, it will be capable of playing in its native fps.
