Can anyone explain to me how to do force jump with no green screen and how to put in a backround for you're green screen after you key out green?

...wait....are you saying you want to key out the green screen and make yourself force jump or are you saying you want to make yourself force jump without being in front of a green screen and are then asking a seperete question about how to key out green screens later in completely different situations?

To do a force jump with no greenscreen, you will have to carefully (and very slowly) draw a mask around the actor frame-by-frame, then animate his movement over a background plate.
I encourage you to have a go at the quickstart tutorial included with CompositeLab to get an understanding of the basics of compositing. Also, have a look at these video tutorials
. Particularly the ones on keying and masking. Your background will be a separate layer behind the greenscreen footage.

I am saying the second part as a completley diffrent question and ya im asking without the greenscreen. Im fooling around with it atm to try to find this method without masking but if anyone knows it would be such a great help.

The method without masking is to use a greenscreen, which can actually be had for relatively cheap.

Drag the background footage and place it beneath the greenscreen/masked footage on the timeline.
