hello.....its time i ask. Has/does anyone know of a preset or anything regarding a sith eyes effect? Much thanks!

The only proper way to do Sith eyes (Darth Maul style) is contact lenses. But you can probably get a similar effect by isolating the eyes with masks and using a Hue Shift to alter their color. For glowing eyes, you can use a similar technique, or alternately,use a neon light effect or optics to create a glow which you then track to the center of the pupil.
