Grading filter presets are not found in the same location as effects presets. If you click the FX icon on the timeline next to the footage you want to grade, a window will open with all the grading presets in it. Alternately, you can right-click the name of the layer on the timeline, and select "apply preset."

I think you may be overlooking grade objects, Axeman, which is found within the effects browser of VisionLab Studio, and does display all available grading presets within the preset browser below, just as it would for an effects engine. This, obviously, will apply the preset in the form of a grade object on the time line, rather than applying the grade filters directly to the object itself, but I believe this is what FXhomer56645 was referring to.
FXhomer56645, are you perhaps using a discontinued version of VisionLab? As I have said above, the current version of VisionLab Studio has a "Grade object" engine, though this will not be evident when using an out of date installer. To rectify this, download and run a current installer.
