I have trouble understanding the "Commercial License" thing. but I'm just wondering, if I want to go to a movie contest, can I use an fxhome product to do it. If I can, do I still need the credit.

"The commercial license on Visionlab Studio do not require you to credit FXhome either in the credits of a film or at the start. Effectslab/Compositelab do not have a commercial license which means you need to credit FXhome "

Basically I'm sure you can use it in a contest but you will need to credit them.

As long as you include an on-screen credit, you can use your movie in any whay you choose. In certain instances, it is simply not possible to include an on-screen credit for software. Television commercials are a good example. Therefore, the commercial license is made available to enable people working on those type of projects to still use the software.
