Increasing the duration of an image stream. [ANSWER]

I can not figure out how to increase the length in frames for an image stream it will not change from one frame. i have tried set duration but after I set the time/frames nothing happens. What do I do?

Instead of clicking 'import image secence' click 'import media' and then import all of the images... Now add each image to the timeline and shorten the duriation to what you need it to be.
