how do you make yourself move or get bigger and smaller like in the flying video on the homepage.

If you are only manipulating the subject in you video (and not captured on camera the way the flying girl was) then you would need to scale it (and possibly rotate by using the quad) and mask out your subject.

The caveat to this process is key framing the mask which is time consuming AND scaling the image larger will make your original image lose quality.

The girl who is flying as you can see was captured with the camera moving in and out to keep the quality high. In other words, they planned their shot to coincide with the cloud video.

The easiest way of doing this is by using a greenscreen/bluescreen, you could simply composite yourself in the background, then scale as you please.

If you don't want to use a greenscreen/bluescreen, you'd need to mask out your subject (as explained above).
